Terms of Use
Last updated: September 25, 2026.
1. Service and operator
These terms govern the use of Divertical, operated by Castro Brothers Comércio e Produções Artísticas Ltda., Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 18.797.676/0001-13. The service provides website, content, publishing and customer interaction features for teams and professional accounts.
2. Account and authorization
Users must provide accurate information, protect their access and use only accounts, profiles and materials they are authorized to manage. The professional account holder is responsible for granting and revoking permissions on connected platforms.
3. Content and automations
Customers remain responsible for the videos, images, text, replies, rules and schedules they approve. They must respect copyright, image rights, privacy, platform rules and applicable law. Using Divertical does not transfer ownership of customer content to the operator.
4. Third-party services
Divertical features depend on external services such as Meta/Instagram, Google, Cloudflare, Vercel and storage providers. Expired authorizations, outages, technical limits or changes to these services may interrupt publishing, messages, metrics and other functions.
5. Availability and results
We seek to keep the service secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, reach, engagement, follower growth, commercial results or approval by third-party platforms. Metrics may vary according to the availability and criteria of the original provider.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted in cases of risk, misuse, violation of these terms or legal obligation. Customers can pause publishing, disconnect integrations and request deletion using the product controls and the deletion instructions.
7. Privacy and contact
Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. For support or questions about these terms, email contato@divertical.com.br.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The parties will seek to resolve disputes in good faith, without prejudice to rights provided by applicable legislation.
